Can it be made clear who is training the students, cos I am slightly confused, this isn't because Rob was injured but if students know exactly who is doing what and is qualified enough to be able to take the training it may be a help to all students. Is Tommy the main trainer with helpers? I think this needs to be made clear to all students .

tommy is the main trainer, we have arranged guest trainers, bull, genesis, steel, blayze and i help out with time trails etc and with the training in the back room, there are to many students to just have tommy, although if you all want it, the helpers will stop helping and you can all just do the same thing with tommy, its up to you guys, but im sure that the academy is fine the way it is, as 99% of the students are happy with the way its run, and are pleased with the progress they are all making.
I hope this has cleared it up, so to sum it up like most of you all no, tommy is the main trainer with helpers. Let me no if you want the helpers to stop helping.

I like the mixed trainers, it helps, everyone has a different way of teaching and explaining, and then there's the flexability to split off and having different groups doing different things and then swoping over ect...
The Promo / Character development is a good idea.
Then In-Ring work, trying new moves and practicing new ones
The Fitness one is a good idea too, and the chain wrestling.
i wouldnt change how anything is done

I just wondered. Is it too early for me to practise kicking people in the head, a little bit? Because, I'm dreadful at it. In my bid to not give anybody a concussion, none of my kicks make contact in the right way. This is particularly troublesome, as this is the kind of stuff which I want to integrate into my wrestling style. We don't seem to do this much, anyway, so a suggestion could be that we do a little bit of this in training. Kicks usually help to make smaller guys look more lethal.

yes thats a great notifacation actually i dont think we have ever covered kicks/punches so we will incorperate that at some point in the next session.
for the time being though if that is something you would like to work on by yourself before the next session, then i suggest you use this method:
place a blown up balloon into a plastic beaker (make sure it is plastic!!!) ans selatape them together. put the balloon and beaker to an average height somewhere where youre not gunna break anything. you can practice punches on the ballon this way the trick is to swing your arm at the balloon with a clenched fist then slightly open it before hitting the balloon. if you can do that without bursting or nocking it over. then your ace!! lol youll also be prepared for doing it back at training cos you will be hitting the brick wall then! (evil laughs)
